Respircare’s 2024 Half Year Marketing Conference, officially kicked off from July 22nd to 26th. More than 60 staff members, including the company’s general manager, management team, and marketing center personnel attended the conference. The meeting primarily focused on reviewing the accomplishments of the first half of the year, discussing future development directions for the second half of the year, and formulating effective marketing strategies.
Mr. Mike Chen, the General Manager of Respircare, delivered an opening speech that encompassed current industry development trends as well as the remarkable achievements of our sales team in the first half of this year. “The second half of this year will present us with both challenges and opportunities. Let’s move forward courageously and fearlessly!” Mr. Chen said.
During the conference, the marketing department provided professional knowledge and product training to empower the sales team. Top-performing sales representatives shared their successful experiences in the market, encouraging idea exchange and mutual learning on core topics such as “agent management” and “model creation”, fostering lively discussions.
During the meeting, the sales team collaborated on brainstorming important topics such as “agent management,” “establishing a model market,” “conducting academic activities,” and “optimizing household market channels.” Team members actively expanded their perspectives, exchanged thoughts, and ultimately devised practical solutions to boost end-of-year sales. Additionally, 10 various scenarios were simulated including sales situations and exhibition settings, to enhance communication skills and negotiation techniques.
The 5-day conference has been rewarding for all participants. As the first half of 2024 comes to an end, we are all prepared to enter the second half with renewed energy and determination towards achieving the next level of success.
